The owner of this 4-story building had CAWC mitigate emergency leaks in the past. To prevent future problems we formulated a budget and specs for silicone sealants and custom extrusions to permanently repair the building's exterior components.

This job was a complete renovation, including window glazing, expansion joint repair, and elastomeric coating. The work required hand tools for prepping, which make a LOT of noise. Over a 4-week period our crew altered its work schedule to very early hours before employees arrived. The owner and staff really appreciated CAWC going the extra mile.
WINDOW & TILE REPAIR
Waterfront Plaza
San Francisco
Project included two 4-story office buildings located on San Francisco's waterfront. Each structure is poured-in-place concrete with a tile veneer exterior. We resealed all windows and expansion joints. The brick veneer had fallen off in random sections. We located tiles to match the 35-year old existing tiles. The client was extremely pleased: "you couldn't tell where the building had been repaired."
